Read articles, bookmark websites, download freewares and create your own "Inspirational" folders with color schemes and designs. The second step is to get the right tools. Any craftsman spends a good time choosing the right tools and the right materials for his project, so it is with a Web or Graphic designer. The big difference is that a Graphic/Web Designer's tool can cost you almost nothing.
